I first met Jo when we worked on a major transformational change project for a company.     Jo was the Senior Manager who would assist in developing the strategy and strategic and operational planning for the change, and then implementing, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of the changes. I was the HR Lead for the project. I really appreciated Jo's calm, insightful, and respectful input which was integral to what was a successful change initiative. When Jo started her coaching business, I was curious and booked a session and that was super helpful so I booked the second session.

In our first meeting Jo asked what I was needing from this session and I knew I had some things that I needed to process that were highly concerning, actually worrying me. The session was validating and her questions helped me isolate concerns and consider alternative perspectives, I felt great and empowered! Second session was super helpful and we did this great exercise which really helped me connect with thoughts, feelings on a topic that what I had identified as needing assistance with. I have been able to go in my mind back to this exercise when I am in this situation both professionally and personally and it is keeping me grounded and responsive in a way I chose to be. I can't wait for my sessions.
