For years, I followed all the rules of success, chasing titles, burning out, and questioning if I was truly making a difference. The turning point came when I realised that true leadership starts with alignment. I stepped back, reconnected with my values and energy, and created the frameworks I now teach ones that allow leaders to thrive with integrity, influence, and freedom.
Through years of deep healing work, spiritual development, and personal transformation, I've led hundreds of leaders and seekers back to their own power and now I want that for you.

I first met Jo when we worked on a major transformational change project for a company. Jo was the Senior Manager who would assist in developing the strategy and strategic and operational planning for the change, and then implementing, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of the changes. I was the HR Lead for the project. I really appreciated Jo's calm, insightful, and respectful input which was integral to what was a successful change initiative. When Jo started her coaching business, I was curious and booked a session and that was super helpful so I booked the second session.
In our first meeting Jo asked what I was needing from this session and I knew I had some things that I needed to process that were highly concerning, actually worrying me. The session was validating and her questions helped me isolate concerns and consider alternative perspectives, I felt great and empowered! Second session was super helpful and we did this great exercise which really helped me connect with thoughts, feelings on a topic that what I had identified as needing assistance with. I have been able to go in my mind back to this exercise when I am in this situation both professionally and personally and it is keeping me grounded and responsive in a way I chose to be. I can't wait for my sessions.
